Trappen Consult was born when I was asked to assist a business owner streamlining his business and finding a better work-life balance with his family back in 2020.
Drawing on my experience as a senior executive in one of Denmark’s C25 companies, I had specialized in integrating newly acquired businesses, enhancing their strengths, preserving their identity, and unlocking their potential being part of a larger organization.
The goal was always to make businesses proud of their achievements while transforming them into stronger, more successful versions of themselves. Success breeds success, and I’ve embraced the philosophy that your success is my success; a principle I live by to this day.
